dominating top control, he was going for amerikanas and kimuras the whole time, he struck a little more in the 3rd, complete domination though. seems like he didnt have alot of time to figure out wallace's style to make a good gameplan, besides just use wrestling.

I found it great fight for phil. He has improved his stand-up, he actually looks good on his feet considering he had no stand-up at all a year ago. Pure domination. Somebody on the ufc fight club forum said phil wouldnt be able to handle rodney as easily on the ground cause rodney was a 3 time state champion wrestler. i laughed at. I too was a 3-time state champ and i remember my first week at penn state and there were guys on a different planet as my young ***. jeremey hunter was a 2-time ncaa champ and i cant explain the differencce between that and a 3-time high school state champ.
i love how during the fight joe rogan goes on another minute long explaintion on why wrestling is the base to begin with. Honestly if the powers that be like Dana didnt believe that to be true they wouldnt let Joe say it on air at every ppv.
