I think the prelim fights @142 matched the main card, althought the names might not have been main card worthy the skills and hearth showen very much was
Felipe Arantes vs. Antonio Carvalho : epic fight back and forward, showed every single MMA skill in use terrific fight and imo easily should have been fight of the night
Funch vs Pyle: Pyle showing his superioity and making quick work of Funch
Gabriel Gonzaga vs Ednaldo Oliveira : nice quick fight and great to see Gabe back doing what he does best finishing fights (i thinks that 13 of 13 finishes in wins)
Thiago Tavares vs Sam Stout: Solid fight for first 2 rounds and epic finish to the fight
Yuri Alcantara Michihiro Omigawaz: Brutal display from Yuri nearly breaking Omi's arm and sick spinning elbow very nice display of skills and man Michihiro Omigawaz might very wll be the toughest SOB in MMA guy takes @ss whoppings like nothing showed hearth

the prelims were good don't get me wrong but that was an unbelievable main card every fight on there was finished. From barboza ko of the year to the controversial silva tko to paul harris shattering another mans legs to vitor actually using his jj to the main event with a beautiful knee - mendes actually went limp in mid air it was only when he hit the ground that he regained conciseness.

Yeah this was a great event. Every fight was great and very exciting and it will have some moments for the ages (Aldo into crowd, Barboza kick). Great start and I am sure that the UFC will only get better like this year.
