After JDS, is probably a round of rematches, I see Carwin getting a new shot, I see lesnar beating someone else and getting a title shot again, specially if JDS is the winner (Brock probably matches up better against JDS than against Cain)... and that will go on for ever, because there isnt really a new up and comer who looks like could make it...

i think one thing everyone can agree on is that Velasquez winning the title makes this division wide the F open again. If Lesnar had won, i'd be happier, but Cains win breathes new life into the division....everyone is a contender again. I don't think Lesnar should get the immediate rematch, or a fight for immediate #1 contender. I'd like to see Mir v. Lesnar 3....winner of that fights the winner of Carwin vs. Nelson for #1 contender. Other HW fights i'd like to see:
Pat Barry vs. Brendan Schaub
Matt Mitrione vs. John Madsen
Cheick Kongo vs. Cro Cop (loser gets cut?)
is Hardonk still fighting in the UFC or did he get cut? If he's still around he can fight McSweeny. haha.
I think they need to get some more talent in the HW division though.....i'm actually wishing that Heath Herring would come back haha. Big Nog will be back in 2011.....maybe give him the winner of a fight like Barry vs. Schaub....actually, Big Nog and Cro-Cop haven't fought since 2003......forget Kongo, put that fight together in 2011.

There really arnt many relevant HWs in the UFC. Carwin, Cain and JDS and possibly Brock are the only relevant top talent there.
Schuab is a up comer who just beat the gatekeepr Gonzaga. other then that pretty much one demsnional fighters

This is what I would do
Carwin/Nelson winner vs. Lesnar for a title shot
After that I would get to the shot using something like these fights
2. Schaub vs. Mir winner against Big Nog
3. Rothwell vs. Madsen winner against Cain/JDS loser
Then whomever is left standing from Group 2 and 3 would fight for a title shot.
I would do it this way because it gives some younger new guys a shot to get a title shot and gives the old veterans one last chance to get gold again. Everyone on the list would have to win at least 2 consecutive fights to get a title shot (except Lesnar).
