I'd sure love to see it but I find it unlikely. I just don't get what Sf gets out of the deal. Bellator draws terrible with live audiences and they aren't doing big numbers to a show. Really Lombard has no name recognition with casual fans and rumor is Hendo may get a title shot. Bellator may want this to happen but like Alverez vs melendez they may be the only one. Well beside fans obviously.

It would be the first time Hendo would get KO just to slow for Lombard.
I don't see this happening I hope Bellator and SF can pull off something but it wouldn't help them long term; MMA fans are fickle (hardcores too) would just discredit who every lose promotion too. And I don't think they would make a lot of money, it would have to be on PPV they would only get 350,000 to 500,000 buys then they have to split the profit. Plus who call the fights? and all other production.

They'd be very lucky to get 200K.
Bellator has tried to pawn fighters off on SF in the past like Huerta and some others. But Rebney signed these guys for way more money than Coker thinks they are worth and he wants to make a profit on top of it as well. So Coker has turned down all the past offers. There is also the question of getting into bed with a company that might not be around after the current season. If they spiral down does Coker want to be caught up in the legal mess? having said that Coker has lent fighters to Bellator in the past.
Personally I hope they can work some thing out. Cross promotion is good for every one other than the UFC. Coker has made it work with both the Japanese and the Russians so maybe he can make it work here. I do find it kind of odd that they are calling out Hendo rather than the champ though.

350-500k, uhm no way. hendo is an all time great but the ppv's he headlined under the Zuffa banner barely brok 300k. There isn't a mma org, outside of zuffa, that would be able to break 300k. I think this was pretty much proven when the Affliction ppv's failed miserably.
I don't see this ever happening anyways. Maybe if both companys are going down the tubes and need some cash this would be a last straw option.

I think that's a sick fight, I'd definitely tune it to see it, but it is a fight I would favor Henderson in. Not gonna lie though, it would be an awesome fight. Wish they could do a Strikeforce/Bellator co-promotion event, I'd be really excited to see a Melendez/Alvarez fight, but I doubt it would happen unfortunately.

They brought this up before, and Strikeforce has seemingly done nothing to make these fights happen.

Silly Strikeforce. They just aren't putting the best fights possible together right now. Fedor/Overeem, Fedor/Werdum, Diaz/Miller, Hendo/Mousasi, Hendo/Lombard, Melendez/Alvarez. They are striking out. I see the potential but I can't see it coming together.

SF does so hard to be the UFC that they dont even take in the cut UFC fighters.
How much money would they make by taking the recently few cut UFC fighters like Kimbo.
Set up Kimbo vs Walker and wow! there you go.
I want to see some damn freekshows but they cant even give me that =(
but to be honest the last SF card was solid and good card up and down. I enjoyed it
