So needless to say, I was a little bit more than upset to find out that TIme Warner Cable here in NYC no longer will carry HDNet and all its glorious MMA. I think this is a huge loss for MMA and MMA fans everywhere as it seriously decreases the exposure of not only MMA but also non-UFC organizations and fighters.
I am calling upon all my fellow MMA Junkies to email both HDNet and Time Warner Cable to help get it back on the air

Emailing will not get it done. **IF** everyone MMA fan that is in a time warner area called their regional office and got to the GM (likely his assistant in all reality) and voiced your complaints that way it has a chance of getting something done. Emails will go into a suggestion box and wont get paid attention too. Phone calls just saying please keep HDnet to the operator wont do anything. You have to call and ask to speak to the GM (find out who the GM is first so you can actually ask for a name)
If everyone in a time warner area (even if you dont have time warner) did that there would be a good chance you could get HDnet kept on the lineups.
On the flip side, if every MMA fan in a time warner area just said screwit it and got Direct TV or Dish, they would also get the message.

I say just switch to Dish. Both are going to screw you in some way so why not get screwed by the one with HDnet

Thanks for the feedback.....do what you can, do it often. Im strongly considering switching providers....it's just a bit of a pain cuz I get my phone and internet through TWC too.

i just switch to dish for this very reason ( along with NFL network) and i LOVE dish network. Much cheaper, good signal/quality. Time warner removing HD Net was the last straw for me.
