I feel bad for you if Chael Sonnen is one of the most grounded fighters that you have ever heard. I'll pray for you.

Did you even watch the interview?
Sounds like someone is still a little mad about the pre-fight hype. I mean Mike Tyson wanted to eat Lennox Lewis's kids for god sakes. Some people never learned "sticks and stones".
He never apologized for anything he said, but gave all the credit in the world to Anderson for choking him out. He showed heart in the fight, showed respect when beaten, showed that he admitted that he can be beaten, and he showed he has never learned how to defend a triangle. -----He looked beat up in that interview, and he seemed humbled by the experience. Maybe next time he will spend less time hyping the fight and more time defending submissions.

Ok, let's look at it.
Honest
: Claimed he had never lost at Middleweight. So much for honest.
Sincere
: Claimed the Nog brothers give out blackbelts like they were toys in a happy meal. So much for sincere.
Ready
: Got caught in a triangle (again). Obviously, he wasn't ready enough.
I guess anyone that doesn't ignore facts about Sonnen must still be mad about the pre-fight hype.
