I know Greg Jackson is probably the single best coach in MMA, but what makes him so great at teaching MMA, when he hasn't even fought in a single MMA bout?
Is this just a case of : Those who can't do, Teach?.. What weight class do you think he would fit into, and how do you think Greg Jackson would do in MMA if he were to step from outside of the cage to the inside of the cage?...

That's like asking how would Bill Bellicheck do filling in if Tom Brady got injured. What makes him such a great football coach, hell he hasn't even thrown one touchdown pass!

Just because he has the knowledge doesn't mean he can fight. Some people just aren't fighters and have the heart to get hit and keep fighting. I heard him say one time that he wouldn't fight Jardine for all the money in the world. I don't know about you guys but I'd get my a$$ kicked bad and KOd just for a couple millioin no problem.

I would imagine that he would have similar luck to Caesar Gracie. (leader of the feared gracie combat squad)
