Tomato base, olives, garlic, herbs, anchovies, cheese and hot salami on top (it's important that it be on top because it crisps up and the fat in the salami melts through the rest of the pizza and if under the cheese, it just goes rubbery) is my pizza of choice.
It may sound disgusting but it's a real flavour-explosion in your mouth!

The best pizza I ever had was at a tiny roadside pub in Belgium on the border with France, run by an old Italian guy. I think that had more to do with how much we were starving at the time, but it was freaking amazing.
Stateside, I love Rocco's over in Walnut Creek. They have a pizza called "The Dominator" and it is so goddamn good. Just... don't make any plans afterward.

There's a little family owned Italian restaurant up the street from us that has excellent pizza.
We usually like to order one with jalapeño peppers, cracked peppercorns, pepperoni, spicy meatballs, red onion, green peppers & peppered salami with a rustic crust. Delicious.

Pizza is my favorite food, it's hard these days because I can't eat much of it but when I do I get it from a franchise in Ireland known as Apache pizza. Pizza perfection.

Boston Pizza's BBQ Chicken Pizza is one of my favourites. They have other good ones too, but I can't remember what they're called. A bit pricey, though.
Domino's Pizza has improved a lot. It used to be inedible, now I'll choose it over a lot of the other franchises around here.

I have yet to find a pizza outside of New Jersey I'd deem good enough to feed to my dogs. I don't know what it is, but once you leave the state, people just lose the ability to make a decent pizza.

BJ's buffalo chicken pizza is damn good... Laventinos Pizza in Newport Beach is probably the best pizza I've ever had.

Lou Malnati's in Chicago serves up great deep dish pizza and is pretty well known nationally. I've heard mixed reviews on a couple of their locations... but I eat at the one in Schaumburg and haven't been served a bad pizza yet.
As far as the big chains? All of them are garbage... but the most stomachable would probably have to be Pizza Hut.
California Pizza Kitchen is edible, but it's extremely overpriced.
Little Ceaser's is awful... even for $5.

Pizza is my one weakness in my eating program. I can stay off the burgers, fries, soda, Cheetos and all the other crap foods just fine, but I can't turn down pizza, and I almost always overeat when I have it.
I like Malnati's. We have a carry-out-only location up the street from me, but I always forget about it when I order. It's kind of funny, every year at Lollapalooza, the line for Malnati's is a mile long, while there might be four or five people waiting in line for Connie's Pizza. Of course, it doesn't help that Connie's is average pizza at best, costs twice as much as Lou's at Lolla, and also the fact that until this year, every tourist trap (and everywhere else) sold Connie's, so literally everyone in Chicago, from natives to tourists, have probably tried Connie's at one point.
There are a couple of small local pizzerias that I order from regularly. I also go up to Go Roma every couple months and get one of their flatbread pizzas. I went to CPK last Sunday for the first time in quite awhile. I was surprised at how much it seemed the menu shrunk. I remembered it being a lot larger.
