Sanchez went 19 fights before he lost.
Fedor has never lost
Evans has 14 fights with no losses.
Miletich won his first 15
and that's not counting guys like huerta, hughes, or wanderlei who have lost, but put together win streaks of better than 15+
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to take away from Machida, he's one of my favs, but being 14-0 doesn't make you jesus.

Machida would hobble Rampage with leg kicks, then eat him for breakfast.

I'm waiting to see someone attack Machida with leg kicks to try and reduce his mobility.

A little surprised to hear Rampage say this. Maybe he should give Lyoto some of his energy drinks and the keys to his truck, maybe that'll liven him up so he can be one of Dana's golden boys.
Rashad is the only one who has a chance against Lyoto, he has speed, power and elusiveness. Forrest doesn't want to get into a kicking war with Lyoto. Rampage doesn't have the speed or skills to catch Lyoto and will get subbed.

So is every single LHW fighter in the UFC scared to fight Machida? I remember Forrest saying that he didn't want to fight Machida when offered and he ended up fighting Shogun instead. IMO, he will make Rampage look like an amateur if they fight.

I don't think Rampage's style matches well with Machida. I said Silva would lose if he went in and tried to stalk Machida down, and his chances of winning were to try and get Lyoto to bring the fight to him. Lo-and-behold Silva lost by stalking Machida and getting picked apart. The same could happen to Rampage; although I don't think we will see them fight anytime soon.
Rashad, on the other hand, matches very well with Machida. Rashad has no problems with dancing around for a round, probably more now that he is entitled to 5 instead of 3, and I can see him picking his moments with Machida. I'd expect a boring first couple rounds but I think we'd see Machida's chin and G'n'P defense for once. I think it would be a great fight and would love to see how camp Jackson handles Machida.
Huge fan of Rashad and I say he takes both Page and Machida. Opinion is biased but the dude is undefeated; that's all the evidence
I
need

Rampage makes a great point.
If you read what he said. He points out that he makes people chase him. It works for him. That tells me right there Rampage will not be chasing him when they do fight. Machida likes to keep his hands down quite a bit when striking. Big mistake if he does this against Rampage. Finally a fighter that everyone loves around here bashes Machida!

I don't think that's true ever since his "Real life" rampage...............
But if you really look at it, Rampage is saying the exact same thing Rich Franklin said. Machida is a good fighter but he's boring. He gave Machida props by saying he was "Good". Now it would be different if Page said Machida was boring and he sucked
But I don't see Page beating Machida unless he can catch him with a "Solid Shot". Machida's to fast and has accurate strikes and has the BJJ to submit Page if needed.

Please Put the machida pipe down dude. Rampage wins this fight. If you foresee Rampage chasing Machida or Evans doing the same, you are sadly mistakened. Thiago made Machida look good his last fight. Rampage and Evans = tight boxing and very very patient. Machida = moving backwards hands down. When he moves forward....He has his hands down wether it is striking or going for those slick trips. He will have along night against Rmapage or Evans!

Rampage definitely won't win if he chases Machida. One thing we saw against Tito and Thiago is he can be incredibly aggressive and explosive but he is patient and does it at exactly the right second in exactly the right way. This usually happens when the other guy is trying to go after him aggressively. The only type of guy that I can see beating Machida is maybe a wrestler with incredible TD's and control(especially from the clinch like GRW) or a LHW with subs like Demian Maia. But he's so powerful from the clinch, I'm not sure there is a guy at LHW with the right skills at this point. I'm not even sure Rashad is a strong enough wrestler to get the job done.

Rampage will own Machida bad. Leave him the same way he left Wandi!

You do know that Wandy doesn't have good head movement and that was his undoing, don't you...

Well Jak
You know I have been saying that for years now. But I I think it has to do with Rampages Tight Boxing.....Very tight good boxing that exposed Wandi to the KO.

It's funny to me that most people who believe Rampage's only chance to beat Machida is to be patient and let machida come forward. Peolpe tend to forget how good Rampage's ground control is, he did hold Hendo down for at least half of their fight if i remember well. That is very impressive. I think that if he can take Machida down to the mat he can GNP him to soften him up and then KO him in the later rounds.
By no means am I saying that Page would dominate though. This would be a great fight that could go either way in my opinion.
