This bodes very well for Sonnen I think. If Silva is too emotionally invested in the fight he will be more likely to make mistakes our get fatigued.

He was mad at Belfort for taking the fight at first, and then he was mad at him for calling him "Fake or Phoney" that he "wears a mask" - Which a lot of Brazillians say about him. I think it hit a nerve...

If it were any other fighter I might agree.
But we've already seen Anderson fight mad/angry.
I don't think he'll make mistakes or gas (anymore than usual).
I'm pretty sure he used the anger to fuel himself for training, and when he gets in the octagon he will be extremely focused.
I actually feel a lil sorry for Sonnen....... :lol:

Meh, I credited that performance to Anderson respecting Maia's ground game a bit too much.
He should've finished him after he rocked him with that flying knee.
Regardless, Sonnen's style is a lot more aggressive than Maia anyway. So this won't turn out like the Maia fight at all imo.
I can't wait to see how it goes down.
Sure, we have all seen Anderson fight mad but we have NEVER heard him say the things he said today. He seems genuinely fed up. I don't blame him.
