I have 2 coins in my pocket. They add up to fifteen cents. However one of them is
not
a nickel. Is this possible?

no. that is the answer to the riddle you just asked. it's been asked of me before. and it's been asked on national television.
saying "one is NOT a nickel" only precludes both coins from being nickels. one dime, one nickel. the logic holds. the dime is not a nickel. therefore one is not a nickel.
