UNDERCARD
CD816 (1-5) vs. 24babee (1-1)
CD816 struggled out of the gates to start his J-1 Global career but managed to earn his first victory in his last fight. Can he keep the ball rolling? After a 30 event layoff, 24babee came back and won by impressive fashion. He knocked out SweetJFromTheBay and is looking to do the same here.
coreymb (0-0) vs. DanielsanFTW (26-9-1)
Making his J-1 Global debut, coreymb will be facing one of best J-1 Global fighters ever. He can make a giant impression with a good showing here. His legend of an opponent, DanielsanFTW might have lost his last bout, but before that he ran off an unprecedented run. He won 6 straight, 12 of his last 14 and his last loss that
wasn’t
in a title fight came back at J-1 Global 20 (a span of 22 fights).
JonnyRico (20-18) vs. Silvaftw (21-10)
2 vets square off here as JonnyRico takes on Silvaftw. This will be the first time these 2 will have faced each other. Win JonnyRico wins, he’s usually done it by decision as he’s compiled 70% of his victory’s coming at the hands of the judges. In fact, 8 of JonnyRico’s last 9 wins have been by decision. Coming off 3 decisions (2-1) himself, Silvaftw looks to pick up his second straight win here. Silvaftw has displayed a rock solid chin as he’s only been KO’d once in 31 J-1 Global fights.
SweetJFromTheBay (18-31-1) vs. Morbid (19-21-1)
This will be the third installment of these 2 fighters going at it. They fought in back-to-back events (J-1 Global 11 & 12) with each fighter earning a victory. SweetJFromTheBay came away with the knockout victory at J-1 Global 11. Then Morbid got his revenge by submitting his opponent and taking home Submission of the Night honors.
metalmike00 (29-19-1) vs. GOODNIGHTIRENE (6-8)
After suffering 3 straight losses, metalmike00 bounced back with a decision victory in hi last bout. His last 5 bouts have ended in decision (2-3). 83% of metalmike00’s wins either come by KO or decision. Since winning 4 straight, GOODNIGHTIRENE has lost 5 straight. Although in 2 of those 5 fights, he’s earned Fight of the Night honors for his performance.
TaperSteve (16-23-1) vs. joegriz (9-6)
One of the staples at J-1 Global, TaperSteve looks to rebound from his 2 straight losses. His last 4 wins have come by decisions. joegriz has become a submission machine, as his last 4 victory’s have come by tapout. He’s won 9 of his last 11 fights.
