With the injurt to Jason Macdonald, fellow Canadian Jesse Bongfeldt is making his UFC debut against Rafael Natal. I have seen Bongfeldt fight and this kid is exciting, and should have been in the UFC a few years ago. He has 28 career fights, with a record of 21-7, and has only been to a decision once in his pro career. He has finished in all his wins with 12 submissions and 9 (T)KO's. He has won 12 of his last 13 with that only loss happening in March 2007 to Johnathon Goulet, and also has a loss earlier in his career to Jamie Varner. His biggest victory to date is submitting UFC welterweight TJ Grant when he was the Middleweight champion in the defunct TKO promotion in Canada. He also holds victories over some of Canada's best fighters, Chris Clements, Sean Pierson and Kajan Johnson. This will be a tough test for Bongfeldt and we'll really get to see what hes all about. But one thing that he brings to the table, is that he is an exciting fighter and puts everything he has on the line.
