Pros Picks
Today we break down the two title fights that will take place tomorrow. First, at UJC 6, champion srdafish takes on grapplethis. Then at JFC 33, it's goodcat and sessoms for the title formerly known as castellammarese's. Our panel of pro e-fighters breaks the fights down.
srdafish vs. Grapplethis
Castellammarere
- - Srdafish ended my unbeaten run, and became only the 2nd person ever to finish me
- He has been unbeatable in the UJC so far
- Before he joined the UJC, he went 3-6-1 in his last last 10 fights in the JFC
- He probably had the hardest run out of anyone in the UJC GP
- He proclaims himself the P4P best, and maybe he is
- Grapplethis has won his last 4, and has earned this shot
- But I feel he is punching above his weight class in this one
- My prediction = Srdafish-ko-1

- Last event Fish proved he isn't one to be taken lightly. With his sometimes unpredictable fighting style, it's hard to know how he is going to pick. He has put up good numbers the last few events outscoring Grapple this on 3 of the 5 UJC events. Grapple this is a tough guy with a straight forward fighting style. He'll come out swinging and go balls out to win the title. Of course I train with Grapplethis, so I'll be picking him for the upset. Grapplethis-Dec-5

Tai_Mai_shu- Slick the Fish must been watching Austin Powers lately because he found his mojo. He should be an inspiration to those that start out hot only to go through a big slump but train harder to get himself back on top of the mountain. He is facing the underrated Grapplethis who is no pushover by any means. While Grapple has a bright future, I’m going with the e-fighter who has more experience. The fish takes a UD. GoodCat vs. Sessoms
castellammarese
- - Goodcat is on a 6 fight win streak with wins over some of the best out there
- Sessoms had a terrible start to his career, but has been at the top of the league for quite some time now
- I train with Sessoms over at the GRFT training center when I'm not at the TXS training center, and he is an incredible team mate
- Sessoms is excellent at breaking down fights
- Both of them have been putting up good scores
- The 2 of these are excellent fighters, so I expect it to go the distance
- My prediction = Sessoms-dec-5 (likely a split decision)

Sessoms has been in a couple title fights with no luck on touching the gold. Will he be able to get his hands on it this fight? Goodcat has been winning some big fights, and could easily keep his title against a challenger who is going to be taking risks to finally win the title. This fight could come down to who plays the game the smartest, but I think Sessoms will finally win the title. He's outscored Goodcat the previous events. Sessoms-Sub-2

-Goodcat is not overly flashy and he isn't one to talk too much s**t. Sessoms I admittedly don't know much about. Tough to pick this one. Goodcat-Dec-5

-A really tough match to call. Goodcat finally got over the hump of hanging around the top 10 but never breaking into it. Goodcat has beaten some tough competition on route to him claiming the belt. On the other hand, Sessoms has been fighter of the night twice in his last five fights so he is hot at the moment. I’m taking Sessoms by SD. Good luck to both guys

My pick in the goodcat/sessoms fight is Goodcat by UD. My pick in the other fight is obvious, but i won't even go into it. I would also like to point out that this was a lame turn out for pros picks. buffaloblue and PTW, i'm looking at you two.
