As part of the Team GP preview, HE sat down with Warjorge, from Chaos Theory. Mr Jorge, came off very confident, fired up and ready to go. He spoke openly about disappointment, and honestly about the competition. Enjoy!
Listener-
Mr Jorge, Thank you for joining HIM again.
WJ -
No problem, glad to be in HIS presence
Listener-
Coming off the IJFL, Chaos Theory had a strong showing, made the play offs but came up short. How is the team feeling about their run in the IJFL? Will is serve as momentum for the team GP?
WJ-
Our IJFL run was pure disappointment. While the IJFL lost a lot of steam, we were really dead set on winning it and we really believed we would. We were the most dominant team in the regular season, went on a 7 game win streak to finish the season and then fell flat in the playoffs. Granted, it was on that god awful Aldo/Edgar card so I think it was tough luck. Can't really be too upset with that particular matchups considering how crazy the card turned out to be. We lost to the better team but I can't help but think things should have been different.
Listener-
Tell us a bit about your team. Who is on it, how did it start and how do you feel about the team?
WJ-
Trig, Morbid and Myself have been a bit of a tripod for a while now, we've been the only constant on our teams and have always agreed to make decisions togethers. The current Chaos Theory team resulted in a big split with some of the guys from GWA. We're still friends but we just didn't mesh well, mostly me and Maggot and I think he would take just as much blame as I would for the split. While we still shoot the s---, we just didn't mesh well in a team environment and we basically split in half, amicably.
At the time, Punx was training with us for fun as he was without a team so naturally, he was eager to join and we were 4 for a bit. We didn't post a recruitment thread or anything like, but we decided to think outside of the box. We decided it was best to reach out for guys who did not compete on Junkie, so we reached out to our fellow BoneSnappers, ILL BILL and Tokyudo. They've took our team to the next level as we have all fit well. BILL is a gutsy fight picker and Tokyudo is more cerebral in his approach, he would compare to Trig.
I'm really happy with the team, we've got a laid back atmosphere and there are almost always 6 different views to all the close fights, which only strengthens the team.
Listener-
HE hears a lot of chatter about team training. What is your view on it and how do you guys train?
WJ-
I used to feel like writing big write ups was necessary, but that has greatly changed with this team. We just put up some brief thoughts and just dig in to the fights we're 50/50 on. Most of us wait until like 2 or 3 days before the fight as we've come to realize if you train for too far in advance, you start to second guess yourself and flip flop and that's never a good thing
Listener-
We tend to see a lot of movement after the IJFL season, and right before the team GP. The boards are filled with recruitment threads and teams adding fighters. Do you foresee any changes for Chaos Theory?
WJ-
None whatsoever, I've got no doubt that Chaos Theory will remain intact through the Team GP and don't plan on making any changes. I did reach out to Punx regarding the Unholy Alliance and told him I would understand if he wanted to defend his title but he assured me he is with Chaos Theory and has no interest in doing so. Chaos Theory is anxiously ready to get this GP started
Listener-
In terms of proving something to the world, what team do you most want to compete against?
WJ-
Team Havoc. I feel we are better than them and I want to prove it. I would also like to face TXS as they were our only regular season lost and they bounced us from the GP last year.
Listener-
Other then your team, who do you think might be the team to beat?
WJ-
It's Havoc, the band of misfits pulled it together to win the IJFL. They are the #1 team, they are the team to beat. Period.
Listener-
Mr Jorge, Thank you for your time and best of luck in the team GP. Anything you would like to add?
WJ-
Yes, I'd like to tell Fudge to go f--- himself.

haha, damn. lotta hate towards fudge these days.
yea, i definitely played my roll in the split but i wasnt the only one on my side pushing for it. Not saying that out of hate either. I have the upmost respect for WarJorge, trig, morbid and Punx. They're all cool people and excellent fantasy fighters. A lot of it came from being lazy and not wanting to "train" breakdown fights. Truth is stray and I don't really breakdown all the fights together every card and CT is a diligent hard working team. I admittedly also wanted to troll around a bit too and incorporate some more FCUFF guys (some worked out some didn't) and get iceman22 on our roster. Either way good interview, well done. Respect for WJ and Chaos Theory.

Could you enlighten the JFF as to what has been misinterpeted.

Good reading. Your training methods are much like ours, and for the same reasons.
