Trig misses weight, and is subsequently stripped of his UJC title
Earlier today during weigh ins, the current UJC champion failed to show up. After waiting 30 minutes, the UJC president decided to make the decision of stripping Trig of the UJC title. Once this decision was announced, trig decided to show up and requested to be reinstated. But the damage was done. People had seen trig stripped of the title, and they did not want him to have it back.
Castellammarese, the UJC president decided the best course of action was to take this to the JFF presidents and get their take on the situation. Only one other president showed up. While the 2 discussed the situation, other members of the forum began to voice their opinion on the situation. The majority seemed to feel that the rules where the rules and had to be followed.
After a lengthy discussion, Castellammarese took the decision to stick with his original decision, and stripped trig of the title.
To my knowledge, this is the first time a champion has been stripped of a title in the major leagues. Castellammarese himself vacated the JFC title when he moved over to start the UJC, and in J-1, SilvaFTW was stripped of his title I believe.
So, trig becomes the first person to be stripped of a title in the major leagues. The one bright side is that this will lead to a rule change, that will for ever be known as the "trig rule". His name will live on in infamy.

Thats right. 7 people have been booted from this season of JUF. Thats almost half of the people who entered the house.

The decision on the replacement was not an easy one.
The thing we wanted to avoid was a fighter entering the house on a loss.
Look how that turned out.
The main reason I gave for not letting someone enter on a loss is because I didn't want someone to win the title on a 3 fight win streak, which is what would happen if someone was brought back who lost in the last round.
So the search began for a fighter who was on a decent win streak.
We wanted a fighter who wasn't a total fuckwad like the 7 people who jumped before him.
In the end, we settled for...
