damn, I didn't get to see it due to work. Heard most of the results though. How did his cardio seem for being bigger? I would say Barnett should win if it's no-gi but with gi I'd lean towards Lister.

Honestly, I'd rather not see this. It's fine having a couple MMA fighters on the show, but I'd rather see KC go against someone who actually competes in jiu jitsu.
Having said that, a UFC fighter vs UFC fighter Metamoris bout would be fun.

Lister is better without out the gi. In all honesty I don't remember the last time I saw him in a gi.

Dean is primarily no-gi. I think this is a great match.
Dean's match with Sobral was pretty boring, I think he would have won on points but yeah, sub-only.

I think it's gonna be a draw with Barnett on top of him most of the match, with Josh being too cautious and Dean as always looking for subs, but Barnett giving him nothing IMO
