And what an awesome, underrated f---ing fight.
I mean s--- they both came out throwing bombs, Hendo got rocked, Fedor get rocked, Hendo get rocked again then Fedor get put out.
But my questions are these:
Dose the moment take away from the fight for anyone else? Example, Im a huge Hendo fan, and the fact that he won, made me forget how great the fight was, is anyone else in the same boat?
Also, What about the ending, still seems like the fight was stopped a little early to me, but Fedor did go limp, so whats your opinion on that?

I think Hominick/Jabouin doesn't get the recognition it deserves
You are right, an extremely underrated back and forth WAR!! Neither fighter should be ashamed of that incredible display of Guns a Blazing action. As far as the stoppage? I believe it was right on time and if allowed to continue Fedor may have had some serious problems. Those two were willing to die with their Boots on that's for sure, but I'm glad it ended when it did
It was underrated because it was in SF, and also Fedor had lost twice, and Hendo was a LHW.
Also the "punches to the back of the head" gave a lot Fedor lots ammo. It was a great fight, and IMO the best ever "fun fight" as DW would say.
The fight was Epic, I was in attendance that night. Two of my favorite fighters throwing down, going for "The Kill". Fedor was out momentarily, he didnt see that uppercut coming, but the fight ended with 2 illegal shots to the back of Fedor's head.

It was, the crowd was "Electric", The back and forth shouts of "Fedor" and "USA" drowned the arena, everyone was on their feet during the entire fight!
It was such a great fight, and we've seen Fedor bounce back from worse. I wanted to see more, and the way the fight ended was not definitive enough for me. I'm not saying he would have bounced back, I'm saying I would have liked to see a few more seconds just to remove the doubt of an early stoppage.
He's never been one to make excuses or speak poorly about fighters, refs, or anyone else. This was the first time maybe ever, that he was vocal after the fight.

It was a hell of a fight, in the same mould as Daley v Diaz. Both ended in the first round, but all going at it full pelt and balls to the wall. Obviously I didn't like the outcome but the atmosphere was electric..I don't blame the referee for the stoppage, but when it was stopped just before when Fedor was looking for a leg and he flipped over onto his back to scramble. I heard off someone that Fedor was asleep but woke up after getting punched lol. I think that's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard, WTF did Dan have on his gloves?, laced with smelling salts perhaps..
Initially though I didn't blame the referee for stopping it, in that split second after taking that monster Hendo uppercut he looked out, after the fight I bet the ref thought he made a slight mistake but he would never admit it. I've seen fighters get dropped and pounced on worse and left alone and came back from. Barry v Kongo springs to mind.
Fedor should have been given a few minutes to recover after the illegal shots to the back of the head.
Dan should have been given a warning, nothing more
The fight should have continued IMHO

Fedor was knocked out before those shots you call illegal, Herb was already going in to stop the fight, those punches you refer did not have any part of the result of that fight.

Hendo clearly had the fight won but he still threw illegal shots

Its like you demanding that Bisping would have gotten time to recover since Hendo hit him too after knocking him out. Those hits do not affect the outcome.

Nope, Dan hit Bisping into the face after the ko not the back of the head
