I like BJ Penns submission on Jens Pulver as it was just incredibly clinical. I like pure clean technique, no struggle or luck involved just tight move after tight move resulting in a submission.
Charles Oliveiras triangle armbar win was a recent great sub I can remember.
Aokis straight ankle lock on kawajiri was sweet too.
Palhares heel hook on Drwal
I like when the guy getting submitted knows whats coming but the technique is so tight that they cant stop it.
