There's a debate going on about 10 people going to a restaurant and ordering just 2 kids meals because the kids were the only ones who were hungry / came to eat

Backlash. Don't bring an entire crew into a restaurant and only order 2 kids meals. Get out of the establishment. That's reason to put Randal Barefoot on them for redemption.
 
A stand-up comedian was ordered to pay $2000 to a woman he called fat and other weight related jokes / insults on stage for "going too far", was the court justified?

(don't worry about him, it will make him more money than he lost by becoming more famous)

Depends whether or not the spot is busy. If there is plenty of room, whatever. If the restaurant is full, GTFO.
