May be "standard", but it's still ridiculous. As if she's really that important. If a President or Diplomat receives great accommodations, that's fine, but a list of stupid s---...is always stupid s---.

Adam Carolla had a good take on this during his podcast on Friday.
1) A lot of it was probably written by a tour manager and not Perry herself
2) Some of this stuff sounds ridiculous, but is probably written because of incidents in the past (a lot of the driver stuff specifically... it might sound stupid to saw that a driver shouldn't be looking through the rear view mirror at the talent, but who knows, maybe she had a really creepy driver in the past?)
3) The venues charge a f--- load over market price for this stuff, so they probably love riders like these. ("you want flowers? Okay, that's an extra $8,000 for $800 worth of flowers". "You want a bunch of beer in a fridge, okay we'll charge you $12 per bottle")
