King Mo and Noons using illegal substances.

Is it illegal? According to the unified rules, there is nothing that says you cannot use it. However, when it comes to approved items allowed ringside, it's not on the list. With this in mind, should it have been used at ringside? No. Was it wrong to use it in the ring? Yes. But in terms of it being illegal, with just a one word answer, I don't have one.
I'll draw a paralell so that people may be able to understand the controversy better. This is purely speculation, as I dont intend to go do tons of research and post examples but I'll do my best.
Recently in sports Illegal drugs have taken a 180. Now, instead of hiring doctors to ensure that illegal drugs are not being used, these doctors are prescribing the illegal drugs, in oder to make them legal. Here is my example. Please understand that I am not a doctor, or a serious athlete. While I have heard this from multiple sources, I am not claiming it is fact.
In baseball, a lot of perfect games/no hitters have been pitched recently. I odnt know the number right now, but it is a huge percent of all perfect games/no hitters ever thrown, in just one year. The reason for this, is being blamed on the drug adderol (sp?). It is not a legal substance to use, unless you are prescribed by a doctor. Thsi drug is making it nearly impossible for pitchers to not concentrate 100% on the catchers glove, resulting in great pitching. Whether or not it actually adds to your physical performance is up for debate, but pitching is improving dramatically. On either sports center or another espn late show (could have also been on my college network), they showed a number of how many players are prescribed adderoll recently , and its astounding, and they say its almost all pitchers.
I am comparing this to the oxygen for these reasons. Oxygen is a seemingly harmless drug to have at your sporting event, just like a "concentration" pill would be, especially when these two things are used to help people. Here is where the problem starts. Who is to decide who Actually needs these drugs, versus whos game would improve because of them. Unfortunately., it is also the guy who makes more money when writing a prescription. Right now Doctors are at a fork in the road for sports, they can either help us by keeping it all natural, or "help" us by trying to find every prescription drug that could help athletic performance.
Again, this is all assuming that doctors prescribed the O2, and not that the fighters brought it in illegally.

If you watch the movie "Bigger, stronger, Faster" they show some footage of US fighter pilots that take Aderol for the same purpose. They also take a look at when Tiger Woods had lazer eye correction to give himself 20/15 vision. Crazy s---.

True but it is also pure O2..........what we normally breath is only about 20% oxygen.
