JUst saw this extended replay today.....The first knee daley threw did actually land...the replay that the UFC showed over and over missed the 1st knee.. Granted the knee wasn't that hard and koscheck made a meal out of it but it did land illegally.......
I am guessing eddie bravo who cues up the UFC replays really missed one in editing..... All we saw was the 2nd knee that didnt land....

That wasn't really a knee to me. Not intentional. It appears as though Daley hopped back and the knee bumped Kos in the forehead. The knee Daley through after WAS intended AND illegal, so it is a moot point to me.
I hear that Mike Tyson is hurting for cash, maybe someone can set up a bout between him and Daley, no rules...Ear biting, knees to the groin, etc all allowed.

look again and CLOSELY GUYS.......... he threw the right knee quickly and it landed... then he loaded up with the left knee which missed..... :roll:
P.s sprawl is not even in Daleys dictionary lol. it was clearly a knee. a weak knee but an intended knee strike nevertheless and you can see kos head move backwards from the impact.......

I looked closely and I think the article is proof that the author has nothing to write about. That would be more like a non-intentional head butt....but Daley didn't even have very much momentum on the 1st knee that you are talking about. He was sliding on the ground, or hoping, and his knee kissed Kos' head. When guys are in sidemount, there knees touch the fighters head who is on his back all the time.
