to be honest i have being asking this question from myself a couple of days ago. and from all the research i have done on frank and brock. i dont think brock could beat frank. if u look at the ranking frank is above brock. fedor , arloski and barnnet are all above these two.i saw some of frank training and this time he training hard to his wrestling trying avoid takedown. and we all know frank has better boxing and the ground game, so how can brock beat frank. absolutely no chance.brock is same as bob sapp big and strong but with less skill.

You are not very familiar with MMA are you? He is the same as Bob Sapp, but with less skill? You gotta be joking. Rankings aside, if you watch all the fights, you know that Brock's stand up game is the most underrated aspect of him. He dominated Frank Mir at stand up, he dominated Heath Herring (who said he would love to stand up with Brock and got his *** whooped like a b----), he dominated the dirty boxing god Randy Couture at stand up. So what more proof do you need that he would dominate Frank Mir at stand up?
Looking at the ground game aspect, Brock Lesnar had no knowledge of BJJ in his first fight with Frank Mir, so it surprised no one that Mir got the submission. However, it did surprise everyone when Mir could not get the triangle, arm bar, or kimura on Lesnar because Lesnar is just too f**king big and strong. Before Lesnar pulled his leg over, he was dominating Frank Mir on the ground. And now, Brock has a better understanding of BJJ, while Frank was already at the apex of his knowledge of BJJ when he faced Lesnar the first time.
Here is my take, there is absolutely 0 percent chance that Lesnar will lose to Mir. I would put my balls on the line, that's how sure I am that Lesnar will destroy Mir in their next matchup. The only way that Lesnar could lose is if Mir gets lucky again and Brock offers up his leg for a submission. Nothing else.

You did as much research as the OP did.
Mir brought in a new bjj coach right around the time TUF was filmed I believe, whom he says has taught him a ton of new stuff and seriously tightened up his game. Drysale said that Mir, when he met him, was an "explosive fighter with knowledge of basic submissions".
I don't know how this fight will turn out, but suggesting because Brock has a better understanding of BJJ, while disregarding Mir's own advancement in the same arena(and already vastly superior knowledge) could be a mistake.
The problem most Brock fanboys have is they assumme that Brock's natural talent combined with comparably small amount of training is enough to streamroll anyone.
You'd also have to assume that Mir won't be prepared for how explosive and powerful Brock is and he will be coming in with the same gameplan as the first fight(which I believe was a complete disregard for Brocks abilities)
So many brock fannypacks go crazy about how Brock was owning Mir...until Mir beat him. Thats how it happens so often. 10 year MMA veterans make mistakes, and the guy they are fighting takes advantage of it.
The assumption that Brock is improving, and Mir is not, seems a bit off the mark to me. There are plenty of guys with an incredible amount of talent who amount to jack s---. What are all his fanboys going to say if Brock turns out to be one of those guys who can train train train and defend submissions all day in the gym, but can't put it together in the octagon and gets tapped out every time he fights anyone with a real proficiency in BJJ?
Who knows how this fight will end - all I know is that Mir's "lucky submission" in his first fight was just as "lucky" as the huge left hand Lesnar landed on Couture(which I know the brock fanboys dont see as luck at all) - This is mma, thats how it happens.
I think this is going to be a short fight. Mir subs him fast, or Brock pounds him out fast. It should be fun - but stop knob slobbing over your boy, its annoying.
