I'm going to be honest and blunt here. One of the things I like least about interacting with you is the unasked for advice. Seriously.
I am currently sleep deprived due to toddler related reasons. When I was tortured by war related nightmares for years, and so sleep deprived that I wanted to shoot myself, smoking was the only thing that allowed me to sleep at all without resorting to pharmaceuticals. I slept fine before while smoking, and that isn't my problem now. Everyone is different. Please keep your advice to yourself unless asked for.
