dana said he had one of his "special announcements" to make but im not really sure what it was cause i was too busy feeling embarressed for 6 people who i respect as top level mma competetors. he had rampage silva mir nog rashad and forrest standing facing eachother in a cage then ll cool j starts rapping mamma said knock u out and i guess they were supposed to dance or something but they all kinda just wandered around the stage. even rampage and ive seen that dude dance. rashad was into it a little but all in all it was just brutal.

Haha, did it look like they were supposed to be backup dancers or what? You had Forrest/Wandy throwing synchronized punches, Rashad/Rampage throwing the hands up, Mir/Nog standing confused, and all of them seemed a little embarrassed.

Mir and Nog looked like the only two fighters actually giving a stare down. They did show a video, but you couldn't see it well. They did look out of place.

Rashad was the only one moving or into it. Mir and Nogueira were just standing there clueless while the others at least moved around a bit and smiled.
