Not so much phased out, more so splitting the duties. You'll notice DW isn't so stressed out of his mind anymore these days...

I guess you didn't see the interview. Lorenzo clearly states that DW is the main man when it comes to the final say on things (WMMA one example) and they have the perfect partnership.
I like that they decided to up the length of time for being popped for PEDs but if I was on the panel I would have went a bit deeper on that subject, like why the penalties aren't even stiffer for obvious cases of cheating and how multiple offenses would be handled. All in all it was a pretty good segment and I enjoyed the interview
