how was it a joke?
when you have 22 fighters weighing in, and its not a UFC/big big time promotion type event, there are gonna be the ocasional issues.
having 2 guys miss weight is bad, but not completely unheard of

For real, I was thinking some guys came out dressed like clowns or something for the weigh ins. Didn't Travis Lutter miss weight for a title fight? IMO that's more of a joke than 2 fighters missing weight in a barely 2nd rate promotion.

I really don't see what's wrong here. You have a group of young fighters, most of whom probably train part time, and a couple miss weight by a bit. Whoop-dee-do.
