Machida/Shogun and Penn/Edgar?

Dominated? Who, how, where, when? He won the last two convincingly, so did Shogun. F*ck all difference IMO.
Here's one difference. I'm a BJ Penn fan, I thought the judging was very poor, you won’t see me and the other BJ fans bitching about this decision for teh next 6 months, especially if there is a rematch.
I agree to the mantra. I'd like to see extension rounds in a case like this.... I don't like the belt changing hands on a decision.
This fight to me didn't have nearly the same feel as machida vs shogun. I didn't know who won the fight between penn and edgar, it was that close. W\ the machida vs shogun fight, initially.... I thought shogun won and got robbed.
This was the first thing that popped into my head after the Edgars win (which i completely agreed with). Frankie imo won 4 of the rounds but he just won em he threw enough strikes without causing much damage to win the fight he was the AGGRESSOR and busier figther. Althought imo Shogun vs Machdia was not as close to me Shogun landed harder shots than Edgar did (espically with his legs strikes to the legs and body) and i thoguht was a much more convicing victory (not in the judges eyes).
Could it have been a case of it happend once and the judges could not let it happend again so soon?

And yes, fightmetrics showed that Shogun landen way more shots, but also, we have the oppinion of EVERYSINGLE mma site, every single jornalist on our favor, and 80% of the mma world saw what fightmetrics and compustrikes just confirmed.. you ppl dont. Though I think Edgar won, it was pretty close.
