Not sure how to look at this fight. Morecraft has been nothing but impressive in both of his fights, even the loss to Struve that he dominated the first round of.
Mitrione has slowly risen up the ranks and passed each test with flying colours.
All in all, this fight has FOTN or "I'd rather watch paint dry" all over it.

Fight could have KOTN written on it too.
From what I've seen of Morecraft, he brings it in each fight. And same for Meathead.
All in all, excellent fight put together there.

Agreed, 2 guys who have shown good skills, but still need a solid test to break into the upper part of the division. I think Meathead takes this by working leg kicks much more effectively than Morecraft and avoiding his TD's. If not, then we get to see how good Meathead is off his back, because Morecraft has some heavy GnP.

None of these two have to offer anything intriguing or good in the UFC heavyweight division. Whoever wins will probably get fed to an animal like Brendan Schaub or Frank Mir so I feel bad for the winner more than the loser here.

Yeah, pretty dumb post. Like Rico said, Mitrione is a former NFL player, and Morecraft destroyed McCorkle in his last fight. Mitrione is undefeated in his professional career, and Morecraft's only loss comes to Stefan Struve.

+1 Honestly Mitrione is one of the best athletes in the HW division

Me too. Mitrione is far too athletic for him IMO. I don't see Morecraft getting him down or beating him on the feet. Should be a good fight though.

Meatheads hands are too fast, too hard and he's got a chin. What worries me is that HE knows he's got a good chin and he's not afraid to stick it out there. But, I don't see it being a negative in this one.

There's going to be some heavy punches thrown in this one.
Very nice match up. I like that all the newer younger HW's are getting lots of fights and after Struve/JDS they stopped throwing them to the wolves.
Either guy can win and i'll be happy.

i'm cool with these guys taking their careers slowly. i mean mitrione is relatively new. just imagine where he'll be if he continues on the same path and wins another 3 fights or so.
