UFC officials today announced the switch.
Featuring a flyweight title fight between current champ Demetrious Johnson and top challenger John Moraga, UFC on FOX 8 takes place July 27 at KeyArena in Seattle. The main card airs on FOX following prelims on FX and Facebook.
Castillo vs. Means takes place on the FX-broadcast portion of the night.
Means looks to bounces back from a disappointing decision loss to Jorge Masvidal at April UFC on FOX 7 event. The result snapped an 11-fight unbeaten streak for Means, who opened his UFC career with wins over Justin Salas and Bernardo Magalhaes.
Castillo in February took a unanimous decision from Paul Sass at UFC on FUEL TV 7 in London to get back in the win column after a knockout loss to Michael Johnson in October. That loss snapped a three-fight win streak for the Team Alpha Male fighter.
Green made his UFC debut in February and submitted Jacob Volkmann in the third round, picking up "Submission of the Night" in the process – and earning UFC President Dana White's praise for how he came back after a questionable call by the referee. Before coming to the UFC, Green had a four-fight win streak in Strikeforce, including a pair of submissions.
A timetable for Green's return wasn't immediately established.
After today's three changes, the official bout order for UFC on FOX 8 includes:

I like this fight better than Green v Castillo. Only change i'm not disappointed with for the Fox 8 card.

Better fight for Castillo, the Green match was certainly more competitive

Castillo's been a tad lucky here, I think it's now a fight that he has a chance of winning.

He had a good chance against Green, he is much better at not getting submitted than Volkmann, who pretty showed a weakness in Green's game before gassing and giving up the choke.
