I know it's women's which isn't near as popular but this years Connecticut Huskies women's basketball team was one of the most dominating teams in sports history. I mean they went 39-0 which is amazing although quite a few others have went undefeated recently but it's the way they did it. In the regular season they beat their opponents by an average margin of 31.5 ppg. It's not like that was against just weak competition either, the team they played in the national championship they beat in the 3 games by an average margin of I believe it was 29.7 ppg. They won every single game they played by double digits. I don't remember exactly what they said on ESPN last night but it was something along the lines of they never trailed by more than a single possession in a game. What they did was absolutely incredible...
What other dominating seasons can you think of? I can't think of any more dominating than that
