Historically I would say Stalin is more hated. You've got a LOT of Neo-Nazis still, they may be a small percentage but they've got numbers. You barely have any Stalinists around. More hated historical figures are Czar Nikolai the II, Louis the XVI and Marie Antoinette, Oliver Cromwell and Brock Lesnar.

Got to agree with that. You can throw in any extreme or fundamentalist promoter of religion as well. The Catholic Church (anti birth control, pro-covering up child abuse) and any organisation that actively promotes selective medieval views under the banner of religion.
