Toss up between Kampmann/Sanchez and the day I heard Forest Griffin was fighting Anderson Silva.

Basically whenever one of my favorite guys loses decisively. For example....
Sanchez/Penn
Sanchez/Hathaway
Vitor/Anderson
Rampage/Rashad. (I was just frustrated waiting for Page to.pull the trigger)
Whenever Chuck or CC gets ko'd.
Henderson/Pettis and Varner/Roller (It sucked watching both AZ locals lose live in their home state)

The most heartbreaking moment in MMA for me was when Anderson Silva got that triangle choke on Chael Sonnen. I could've cried...

Seeing Arlovski get his brain shut off over and over. Its hard seeing something like that happen to such a nice guy.
I don't really like Ortiz, but it was sad seeing him get tooled by Machida

Nothing like a guy fruitlessly fighting a sunk in triangle. It's like watching a bug trying to swim out of a toilet bowl. Add in the fact that it was Fedor and his invincibility spiraling down the drain and that's a great call.

Wand losing to chuck... not only the fight but also the special they did on liddell later in the month where they showed wand in the locker room afterwards groveling to DW...

Haha, that WAS pretty sad. I was waiting for Dana to hit wand on the nose with a rolled up newspaper for peeing on the carpet.

I'm the biggest Sonnen fan on here, I believe.
I literally broke down... closest to tears MMA has ever got me.
