I have started a Routine for Strength, Conditioning and Endurance that I do once a week in between my other activities. I start descending at 15 for week 1, 16 for week 2 and so on. My goal is to be able to start at 25 but not anytime soon.
Dive Bomber Push Ups x15
Sit Ups x 15
Mountain Climbers x15
Push ups x15
Burpees x15
take a 1 minute break
Repeat with x14, then x13 until 1.
Good Job Me!
Does anybody have a similar routine?

Are you a fighter?
I like to do exercises in a circuit like that, it helps when you dont have alot of time because you can get crazy results without spending an hour and a half in the gym. I like to incorporate kettlebells into the workout though. Its also smart that your only doing this once a week.

I do circuits so that I can spend less time in the gym (more time with my family), but nothing to that extent.

Its an awesome routine for Muay Thai
The mountain Climbers help with throwing knees.
The push ups help with punches.
Sit Ups are for core strength.
Dive Bombers and Burpees help with explosiveness.
The routine in whole helps Fight Cardio because it goes through all the striking movements repeatedly.

I do sit ups against the punching bag and throw a combo at it every time I get to mid-sit up.
I would like, once I increase my core strength, to be able to do it hanging from the bag. Latch onto the bag with wrapped legs and do it from there. It'll be a while, but its a goal.

Its easier than it sounds. Each time you do less. So when you are at x10 you see the end and the sequences get shorter and shorter until 1 of each. Victory!

Exactly. If your an athlete and your training in a sport or martial art like TapEmOut is, an intense workout like that should probably only be done once or twice a week tops. His real focus should be on training Muay Thai (which I'm sure it is). Sounds like he just wants to increase his gas tank. The top trainers today, in MMA specifically, are starting to realize that less is more I think.

My conditioning workout:
Burpees - 30 secs
Press Ups - 30 secs
Divebomb press ups - 30 secs
Mountain Climbers - 30 secs
Sprawl - 30 secs
Squat Thrust - 30 secs
Each week, increase by 1 round resting 45-60 secs between rounds.
