Hi, I am highly considering changing my diet from, healthy, to as healthy as possible.
I know I will have to make sacrifices, but I was curious if my lunch can get much better, I'm sure it can but would you consider it an extreme healthy sandwich,
I have 3 fried egg whites on whole wheat toast and add pasta sauce pretty often for flavor. Then some drink like a protein shake, juice, but most of the time a big cup of milk.
So I think this is a healthy lunch, but if I were to go on a "super" diet, so to say, would I have to change this?
Thanks, all constructive feedback is welcomed, negative or positive.

Is that pre or post workout lunch?
Instead of frying you could hard boil and cut into slices.. Free-range organic fed hens (brown eggs, not the bleached ones)..
Substitute in a healthy monsaturated fat such as avocado butter to coat your wheat slices.. (Try Ezekiel bread, almost all essential amino acids)..
Try a side-dish of
lentils
, a legume with almost all essential amino acids, over brown rice..
I'm curious if your lunch is pre or post work-out..That will affect advice given to you..
I'd say no milk pre-workout..
Juice is great during short breaks during your workout and right after completion (if you can stomach it.. I can,but not everyone can)..
Always save your protein shake for post.. and another medium-sized shake before bedtime.

Thanks, very cool ideas, truth is that this is just a lunch I'll eat anytime, before, after a workout, or if I don't even do a workout that day, and there's no way I can possibly drink milk before a workout, my stomach just can't handle it, I would love to try the monsaturated fat, and I have heard a lot about the ezekiel bread, so that will be worth a shot, also the rice idea is really great too I just have a terrible time keeping rice stocked up for some reason. Also is juice really good for you during a workout, I never thought of that, all I really drink is water and gatorade during workouts, if juice is good just tell me and I'll definitely give it a shot.
