Yeah, the UFC will follow suit in places that they regulate their shows (Australia, UK, Asia too I think)

At the end of the day even though they still have a lot of issues to fix, baby steps in the right direction are better than no steps at all.

While I do feel for the 1 or 2 guys who have true low testosterone (not low normal), and need to now chose between treatment they need for health and quality of life, this is a good call. Once the bandwagon started rolling and we saw more and more people who were using it not for health reasons (which is why such exemptions exist) but competitive advantage it really required banning it.

Well, Vitor could always switch to something else which isn't tested or not usually tested for. If I was Weidman, I'd want enhanced testing with HGH and everything else.
