I was actually thinking of calling in with this, but I fear this may start a war that would drag the show into a Jeffrey-like delirium.
I'm an Australian resident who *just barely* understands football (US not Soccer or Australian). I need to support an NFL, MLB teams and NCAA college. Why? Because, damnit I feel left out!
I'd love everyone's thoughts who who the best teams are and why?

I like the Minnesota Teams:
NFL-Vikings
MLB-Twins
NCAA-Michigan Wolverines (not Minnesota, obviously, but they are my favorite team)
NBA-Timberwolves

NFL - Dolphins, Ravens ... Dolphins were first then Balty got a team
MLB - Orioles
NCAA - Hokies
NBA - Lakers
NHL - Flyers, Hurricanes (regional reasons)

NCCA - Ohio State, South Florida
MLB - Rays
NBA - Lakers (Unless the Magic move down to Tampa someday)

most people that start watching go for these teams.
NFL: Patriots or Steelers
MLB: Red soxs or yanks
NBA: Lackers or Cavs
NHL: pens or Redwings
NCAA: Carolina State or Michigan state
if i were you watch a few games and see what teams are entertaining to watch
