when you make a post and want to include a video from youtube, there is a button beside "font colour" in the posting screen. hover over that button and it will tell you how to format your post.
You basically paste the youtube video ID in place of the x's
http://www.youtube.com/v/xxxxxxxxxxx
in this case the video ID is N35oSqiSgog
which results in
http://www.youtube.com/v/N35oSqiSgog
confused yet?
so this part always remains the same
http://www.youtube.com/v/
you just add the ID and place the whole thing between the [youtube] quotes
