My elbow is really sore, and my left hip is fucked up. I've been limping a bit since yesterday afternoon. I really wish I had a camera in my kitchen so I could see how I fell exactly. My head doesn't hurt, but my neck is sore. My wife said she heard a crash but thought I dropped something heavy. Sure did. A 70", 180lbs object straight to the kitchen floor. No dizziness or other worrisome symptoms, fortunately.

You better go in next week, better safe than sorry. I ignored shit like I did when I was younger only to be currently blind in my right eye. It's not easy accepting that we are getting older and things will not mend themselves like they used to. You have two beautiful children to put first. Keep me in the loop bud.
