Did Frank Mir crack the iron chin of Minotauro? Remember, in his 3 UFC fights (Herring, Sylvia, and Mir) he has been dropped at least once in these fights. Herring hit him with a brutal head kick. Sylvia dropped him numerous times with straights and hooks. Mir did the same as Sylvia.
I have to agree with Joe Rogan and question if the Pride wars took their toll on Minotauro.

I'm starting to lean more toward Randy by unanimous decision. I don't think he has the power to KO Nog, but he has the better stand up (and Randys standup isnt really that good).
i really don't think anyone thought randy would train wreck or destroy nog i think randy will win by UD by controlling nog with his wrestling or tko him from GNP and dirty boxing and frustrating nog with strikes then taking him down
This fight is still so tough for me to pick. Cause it's always so hard to know how a fighter is gonna come back from a KO, especially this late in their career. And in this case, it's both guys who you can't predict. My initail thoughts are Randy by dec, but no matter how bad Nog looks on the feet, he can still end the fight at any time on the ground.
He's a soft HW. He used to look so shredded back in the day. If that article about him getting KO'd in practice a lot is true then I think he needs to hang them up and let his body recover from all of those wars...
I don't want to see either one of them lose. However, I'm goin with RANDY by UNANIMOUS DEC....or....NOG by SUBMISSION (3rd round)...if NOG really is back in shape, then he'll definitely be stompin' some ***. To be honest, I'm really excited for TITO vs COLEMAN. Coleman may drop dead from dehydration on his way to the scales!

Basicly helps the body heal. I think Mir had his guys use it while on TUF.

It helps alleviate DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness - the soreness you feel the day after working out.)
