Not everybody gets to be undeniably likable. Dolly had that about her. Combine that with the fact that despite being in the era of iconic celebrity for 40+ years.
It's hard to find anything derogatory about her.

Maybe she was just genuinely a good decent person.

Yessir. When I was a wee lad I seen Conan the barbarian at the 10:00 matinee and then went back in at midnight for The Rocky Horror Picture Show. (Well me and my mom did, I mean.) My mother was a young mother and liked to drag me to all the late night and scary movies.

out here it was the movie on the big screen with actors in front of it acting it out. then all the people in the audience were singing the songs.

it was gay AF

They don't need to show RHPS here in Chicago, just go out the house and there's transsexuals everywhere
