I guess it depends on the injury, but imo they've started a system, they should stick to it. Do Pitbull vs. Khasbulev for the interim, winner gets Curran, the winner of that gets Weichel.
I haven't looked up the timing yet, but was there a reason, Pitbull (season 9 winner) got first shot over Khasbulev (Season 8 winner)?
