Ph1s is def one of the best but not the best of all time.
You have to think Metalmike, DanieldsFTW are up there but yea Ph1s IMO is the best fighter Currently.

Ph1sh took so much time off, but he was the most dominant fighter on all sites for a stretch of time. Dansan is up there for sure, I just feel ph1sh is the best ever personally.

Yes + I think Danields doesn't really train anymore so Ph1sh could get that spot for sure
It's all subjective really. Nobody has had a run like Bowser, which is not even a run at this point, it's his whole career. Dansan has been a P4P top guy for years as well. Mikey has accomplishments through the roof. All are great choices. Fantasy Fighting is a lot of luck, but you have to put yourself in a position to be able to be lucky too. Thanks guys.
