Tattoo-based shapeshifting. I don't know if anyone remembers the Lizard Man from Ripley's Believe It or Not, but he was a guy who got lizard scales tattooed all over his body, his tongue split, and a few horn implants, all in an effort to transform himself into a lizard.
With that concept in mind, I would get tattoos on my body, and I would develop powers based on those tattoos by shapeshifting.
Let's say I get a dragon-scale chest plate of armor tattooed the covers my chest, upper back, shoulders, and the lower part of my neck. That tattoo can transform into real armor.
Let's say I get wings tattooed on my back. Those tattoos can transform into real wings. See where I'm going with this. Using these tattoos, I can adopt multiple powers using my creativity.
However, in terms of weaknesses, if the tattoo fades after a certain period of time, then that ability weakens, or I lose that power completely until I get the tattoo redone.

Sounds cool, but also sounds familiar. I can't put my finger on it, but I felt like a villain had it somewhere.

There was a villain in the Elektra movie who could turn his multiple animal tattoos into Green Lantern style projections that did his dirty work. There was also an episode of Arrow in which the villain had a bunch of playing card tattoos that he could use as projectiles.
Tattoo-based powers have been played with before, but as far as my knowledge goes, those powers always involved the tattoos becoming weapons. In this case, I become the weapon with those tattoos.

Flight--- I would hate getting bugs in my face and would really be afraid of flying into power lines. Teleportation--- You stand the risk of teleporting into already existing matter subsequently bonding with it and maiming or kill'n yourself.. Super Speed---You woul need a suit and invulnerabilty to a point to avoid breaking your neck. . Super Strength--meh. So you'll be the worlds strongest man. whats left after the circus. . Immortality--To Lonely of a super power for my tastes . Invulnerability--Basically you could be a bomb detonator or the next Evil Knievel...not my gig. . Invisibility--Its a rip off power cuz you gotta be naked..........and you could leave prints behind (cuz you can't wear gloves)so people would find out who you were. Leaping ability---Does it come with landing ability(see Super speed) . This leaves Mind Control with which you could make people believe you posess all these other powers and more if you wanted
