"Pinky went into Koscheck eye"?

I don't know who that guy is, but I thought he got a pinky in the eye too. A lot of people are complaining that Kos was a d1ck for eye-poking AJ twice and faking an injury, but Kos got eye-poked twice and kneed while downed all in a span of about 3 seconds and still kept fighting. True fighter. And I'm not a Kos superfan but I like him a little more everytime he fights.

Well, the highlight that they keep showing is exactly what you just said. But I do remember watching the fight live and seeing the eye poke in the left eye just before the knee and right eye sequence. They just don't start the highlight far enough back. I haven't seen it since, and I could be mistaken, but, I did think at the time that it was an eyepoke just before the knee.

actually, as weird as it sounds, i watched the fight and didn't agree with rogan at all. he was going on and on and on about how his face got ravaged by the knee and i was screaming at the tv he was wrong...so...i know its weird to hear of someone who thinks on their own...
I just went back and watched the fight again, and I didn't see the eye poke by Johnson, that supposedly occurred before the illegal knee. I did see a photograph of a different angle that was incredibly grainy that may be the picture of the eye poke... but you can't really see anything. I had better chances of seeing nipples on the scrambled porn channels as a kid. While re-watching the fight, I did notice this, however. They start replaying the knee over and over again, and Joe Rogan keeps saying "That was DEFINITELY an illegal knee, right to the eye." If you listen in the background you can hear someone yell "He never got hit in the eye, check the replay". This could be a corner guy, or someone sitting pretty close front row, but this guy who sounded pretty close to ring side also didn't see it.
Don't get me wrong. I think Koscheck is a great fighter. It has been suggested that he could be a better wrestler than Matt Hughes, and it seems his striking is only improving by leaps and bounds. As a person I think he's a jerk-off and he reminds of a black Tom Hanks. Great fighter... just don't like him.
Bottom line, there is evidence (linked to from Rogan's twitter account, by the way) that Kos was hit in the eye that he complained about before the knee, and was then hit with an illegal knee. So, two illegal blows, and he still finished the fight. I don't understand why people are complaining about him or this. If he had not continued, or had used the hits as an excuse, I would expect this kind of stuff, but not when he a) fought on and b) won. What amazed me is AJ's claim that Kos just needed a break, and it had nothing to do with either the knee or the finger in his eye. I can't wait for AJ to be run out of the division - perhaps he can go fight at MW or LHW where he belongs.
Ya, he got poked. I'm not sure about that picture but if you look at the other angle and you see the glove running across Kos's face it is pretty obvious. Some people look and see the glove end just past his nose and say no. But when you realise that the finger sticks out of the glove it becomes pretty obvious that it went in his eye.
Yea people still wanna talk sh!t bout Kos, he is suppose to be around my area at a smaller show this weekend and I'm gonna see what he has to say, he prolly don't give 2 sh!ts tho I mean 140 k plus 106 k plus sponsor cash. It's not like the fight deserves a rematch or anything. He is prolly gonna enjoy all that cash and than get back to work.

This is before the knee when the whole damn thumb went in his eye.
