He makes 205lbs. He's a light heavyweight and nothing else really matters.

It will in a Silva bout when he's too big and slow.

In the presser a few days before the fight, before he even started cutting water weight, he said he was under 220lbs. He's said other times he's usually between 220 and 225 in the cage. That's probably close to average for a LHW.
He's very long and fairly tall but seemingly not overall larger than your average light heavy. He's just happened to have fought a bunch of the smaller LHWs plus a couple of 185ers lately.

I think we're going to see one of these threads every time Jones wins at Light Heavyweight from now on.

His frame is larger, but he has not fully grown in to his frame.
So while he might be taller and have a longer reach, there are plenty of fighters that weigh more before, and during a fight.
And the reason that Spud made his comment is that every time Jon Jones fights someone b/tches about him being too tall and how unfair his reach is. These people have never seen Remi Bonjasky, Semmy Schilt, Lennox Lewis, Tommy Hearns, or Michael Spinks fight before. People think it is unfair for taller fighters fighting in smaller weight classes because of the reach, but forget that tons of fighters have long limbs but do not use them in the correct way. Jones, and the list I made all used their length effectively against their competition.

Larger? Not really imo...but he is longer. He definitely uses his length to his advantage really well.
I honestly think Griffin and Bonnar are both larger than Jones.

Jones isn't heavier but his frame is noticeably larger. I'm sure a physicist could explain exactly what the advantages are in having Jones' frame vs Rashads frame. However there is much more to it than just frame size. Rashad fought and beat Brad Imes who has bigger frame than Jones. Jones is also super athletic, deceptively strong and possesses incredible skills. He's a well practiced, skillful fighter. Sonnen didn't comment on Jones' size after the fight, he commented on his power. Jones isn't successful because of any one thing, it's everything in combination.

Well until he fights someone he doesn't dwarf, probably.

Fantasy fighting speak. 12 is generally a top lock, which means someone is extremely confident in the pick.
