*Poll* What do you like best about Dana White?

The fact he's a fan and works very hard to get the fans what they want (and makes a bundle of money for the Zuffa company). If you have any business background you have nothing but respect for Dana White and as a fan you better like Dana White because this sport would have found a hard time selling itself into the mainstream (there would not be a Fox deal this quickly without him).
He does what he thinks is best, and f/ck off to all those that say he is wrong. Because 9 times out of 10, they are wrong.
I like the fact that he is so principled about what he believes in, but also does have enough control on his ego to back off of things that he knows that other fans want.
Tons of reasons.
1. He is a huge fan of the sport, and has a passion for it. You can tell this, by simply listening to him speak about MMA, how it just lights him up.
2. He cares not only about his brand, but the fighters that represent it. Many fighters have said they are paid MORE than their contracted fee. He gives bonuses ALL the time to fighters (whether disclosed or not). Health care for all fighters is huge too.
3. The way he is building the brand. He took something that was so awful, it was banned even from PPV. Now, its sactioned in over 40 states, and multiple countries.
4. He is CONSTANTLY giving the fans what they want. Several different fights made, just because we want it. Signing of Overeem, because the fans demanded it. Tried to sign Fedor, since WE wanted it.
The people who hate Dana White, are probably doing it for the dumbest of reasons.
He calls it like it is; a fair guy. Dude is street smart and know the business he's running and a pretty good speaker too. When he said Fedor is very overrated, people disagreed with him, it turned out he's right all along. Fedor is a guy that won lots of fights by beating weak opponents.

Not sure about DW but you know what I like about Trolls? They can find the lamest of excuses to bring up Fedor and it never gets old... it's even better than putting "Im a troll" as your location. At least this way everyone knows you're not joking or didn't lose a location bet. Thanks for the heads up, troll.
Lets see:
1.) I love what hes done for the sport and how hes helped it grow so much. ()
2.) How he takes care of his fighters (flew forrest home on his private jet from brazil cause forrests wife went into labor early & I also loved how he gave shogun his win bonus when he got screwed in the first machida fight)
3.) The bonus money he gives to fighters when they put on a show that the fans deserve to see
4.) He takes care of the fans (what company do u know of that has a president tweet his location to have u come up to meet him on the street and get free stuff)
5.) I love his personality and how real he is. (anyone remember what he did to his cfo's office when he decided to take time off to learn how to drive race cars? if not, it was the most epic thing evr..! )

Yeah, I'd say it's his treatment of the fans. I met him on Saturday at the fights, and I was surprised at how genuine and friendly he was. Even a drunk guy grabbed his attention on the way out about how Ellenberger needed an immediate title shot. Dana said, "he's definitely a contender now." I figured he would be giving the same exact answer to the media a few minutes later.
I don't like that he keeps trying to set up match's that aren't really what people want to see. (Mir/Lesnar 3, Silva/Gsp). But i do like that thanks to social media or whatever, that he actually does listen and scraps fights when people are vocal they don't want to see them.
And his whole "guarantees" stuff that he flip flops on so much.

Key thing, he has listened to his fans. The fans voiced their opinion on the Lesnar vs Mir 3 fight, and he scrapped it (and, IMO, made a MUCH better fight). Plus, some people would like to see Lesnar vs Mir 3.
As for guarantees for things, stuff happens. Other fights happen, injuries happen, stuff changes.
He honestly has the toughest job out there. Giving the people want they want. The problem is, you can't please everyone.
