Nice match ups. I'd like to see Lawler vs. Macdonald. I'm not sold on anything Rory does. I saw a scared Jake Ellenberger tonight. He showed he could take Rory down at the end of the 3rd. Should have been his game plan all along but he was scared of a jab ah la GSP ah la Tristar. I really want to see fist to chin and see what happens. How does Rory take it. That shows how good you are. It's not all about technical crap and game planning.

I think with Jake losing I'd like to see Lawler vs Ellenberger, thats if they don't give him Kampmann. Jake will have a reason to be hesitant vs Robbie. No one wants to be woken up with smelling salts.

getting punched in the face
shows how good you are? Myself I am more impressed by guys so good they barely get hit and completely shut down their opponents. That was boring and Jake had to go for it more no doubt but I think he knew that just would leave openings. FYI he did try and take Rory down earlier....he just wasn't successful.
That really was boring though and I say that as probably the biggest Rory fan here.

Not how good you are but how well you can recover from a good shot and to see how mentally tough a fighter is. I think that is very important. A great example is GSP. After the Sera KO he's chance his whole game plan since then. He's had a few good fights since then but getting chin checked....he's found out that he doesn't do so well when he get's hit. I can't blame him. Gotta win to pay the bills but as a fan I'd rather not watch it.

Mac Danzig should be released ASAP. He really has nothing to offer the UFC, he doesn't even have a name to use as a stepping stone for prospects.

I like the Flyweights but I have no interest in seeing Johnson/Benavidez II. The ufc needs to sign 3-5 more guys, we need new challengers Formiga with a win over Benavidez

It would be interesting to see Ellenberger vs Koscheck, they both lost to that style of freezing up to a jab to the face.

Yes... he was so over matched. I thought Melvin killed him last night... did you hear him screaming when he was waking up from his KO? The Fox audio caught a bit of it.

Mighty Mouse- just had a baby, should take time off, only fght at FLW is against Benavidez, like HW, FLW is going to be a 2 man division for awhile
MacDonald- Stun Gun Kim, Marquardt-Lombard winner, if he won't fight GSP or move up to MW, he shouldn't be in top contender fights
