I went to a chiropractor / kinesiologist last weekend and she got me thinking... She was doing these muscle tests where she would have me try to resist her pushing on my arm/leg and then she would apply pressure to different spots.... and some of them basically shut off the muscle group.
So, it got me wondering if anything like this would be possible in MMA?

There are people out there that can kill a man with just their thumbs...no joke. But how effective would that be in MMA? I don't think at all really. In order to manipulate the right amount of pressure in the designated area you need the person to be still. Try getting your thumbs or fingers into the right places in an MMA fight...not gonna happen.
